Spearhead plans February release for Belgian Stout

Spearhead Brewing Co. is beefing up its arsenal by adding a third beer to its lineup, a Belgian Stout.

Brewed with a Trappist yeast at 6% ABV, the stout incorporates orange peel, coriander and demerara sugar, a natural brown sugar from fields in the colony of Demerara, formerly a region in South America in what is now Guyana.
