Square Timber Brewing Co. now open in Ottawa Valley
Pembroke, ON – Square Timber Brewing Co. has announced its new brewery in Pembroke opens today – Thursday September 11, 2014 – at 800 Woito Station Rd.
Square Timber had originally intended its opening for the end of 2009, according to its Web site.
Their core beer line includes Timber Crib Pale Ale, Big Pine IPA, Deacon Seat Hefeweizen, and Camboose Double IPA which a plethora of seasonal and specialty beers planned. At its opening, running today from 3-6pm, 1.89L growlers of Deacon Seat Hefeweizen will be available.
The rustic-styled brewery, spearheaded by brewer Marc Bru, features a tasting bar and retail store.
