Stone City releases collab Tijuana Sunrise Mexican IPA
Kingston – Stone City Ales today announced it has released its new Tijuana Sunrise Mexican IPA brewed in collaboration with Ryan Morrow, brewmaster for Nickel Brook Brewing and Collective Arts Brewing.
“Dreamt up one night at a craft beer festival, Tijuana Sunrise has come to fruition in time to welcome the warmer weather and longer days with its zesty lime flavours and aroma, along with its remarkably smooth body,” writes Stone City.
The 7.5% IPA is brewed with flaked maize, agave nectar, lime zest and New Zealand hops.
It is available now in 660ml bottles and draught at Stone City Ales.
