Strathroy Brewing open now in Strathroy-Caradoc
Strathroy, ON – The Strathroy Brewing Co. is now open in Strathroy-Caradoc, just west of London, ON, at 62 Albert St.
It was originally reported to be nearing its opening date in January 2013.
Strathroy Brewing launches with its 5.5% ABV 1812 Independence Pale Ale, an unfiltered, bottle-conditioned Pale Ale that utilizes English and Belgian yeast strains.
“1812 Independence Pale Ale is dedicated to the strong Canadian spirit embodied by the peacemakers who protected our lands from invasion during the War of 1812 and preserved our independence from our American neighbours. Canadians from all walks of life tenaciously resisted the American invasion until peace was restored in 1815,” writes Strathroy Brewing.
The brewery’s a retail store is stocking 1812 Independence Pale Ale in 355mL bottles.
