Terroir hop project launched by Sawdust City
Gravenhurst – This October, Sawdust City Brewing Co. will release two wet-hopped beers as part of its 2016 #TerroirProject.
Pitting two beers of the same recipe but with locally harvest Chinook hops from two regions – Clear Valley Hops in Nottawa and VQH Farms in Tillsonbourg – its aims to test differences, if any, the farming regions offer..
Wet Hop Brew #1 and Wet Hop Brew #2 will be available at the Sawdust City retail store in 473mL cans and draught in October and September 30-October 1 at Sawdust City Oktoberfest .
