The Aviary Brewpub announces Toronto opening
Toronto – Founders of Longslice Brewery and The Dock Ellis today announced the creation of The Aviary Brewpub – a sports bar and brewery under development in Toronto’s Canary District.
The brewpub will feature a full tap room, bottle shop, craft beer inspired menu with dishes imported from The Dock Ellis, arcade games and pool, and a 130-seat patio facing Front Street Promenade.
“The Aviary will have a fun, community-friendly vibe, with a focus on craft beer, amazing food, and sports,” says The Aviary. “The patio will also have lanes for some lazy lawn games to play while you enjoy your beer.”
The pub portion is set to launch mid-2018, while the brewhouse under the Longslice Brewery banner will open in early 2019, headed by John Peat.
