The Aviary Brewpub now open in Toronto

Toronto – The Aviary Brewpub is now open at 484 Front Street East in Toronto’s Canary District.

The new tap room and restaurant is the new home of Longslice Brewery in partnership with The Dock Ellis. Longslice Brewery – launched in 2014 as a contract brewer – has been marketing beers such as Hopsta La Vista IPA and Loose Lips Lager through the LCBO and bars in-and-around Toronto.

Beers on draught at The Aviary will include in addition to the above, Aloha Friday Hibiscus Pale Ale, Slam Dunkel Weizen, Klondike Clarke Golden Ale, and Puns N Goses by Craft Beer Passport. It should be noted that their brewhouse is not yet in operation and the above beer were brewed by Longslice Brewery offsite. Longslice is targeting September 2018 to have the brewery running.

Daily operating hours are planned to be 11am-late.
