The Dylan Bar launches first beer brewed in-house

Toronto – The Dylan Bar, located in Toronto’s Danforth neighbourhood, has launched their first in-house brewed beer – Chaos Theory Kiwi and Mango Gose.

While The Dylan Bar sources a permanent brewing system – a temporary pilot system is in place – sourced from Mark Verok, founder of Kataylst Brewing Co – who is currently assisting in brewing.

Chaos Theory was made using mango and kiwi puree and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops.

It’s available now on draught.
