The hoppy hybrid – Augusta Ale

Shepherd is the driving force behind the Kensington Brewing Co., whose Augusta Ale arrived on LCBO shelves this summer.
For the moment, the golden-hued ale is being brewed in Guelph, at Wellington Brewery, under a recipe Shepherd helped devise. Eventually though, he’d like to have at least a small brewery a little closer to home.
“You can’t be the Kensington Brewing Co. and not have a brewery in Kensington Market.
