The Only Cafe eyes own nano-brewery
The Only Cafe, a craft beer staple in Toronto’s Danforth neighbourhood, reportedly has its wheels in motion to open their own nano-brewery in space adjacent to the bar as revealed by BlogTO.
7 Minutes Fast, the proposed name of the new brewing entity, is an ode to the bar’s clock.
Chris Bateman, staff writer at BlogTO wrote, “The city’s bylaw rules will be one of the first hurdles for the new venture. The property is currently listed for commercial and residential use only. Brew-in operations, as they are known, are not allowed on the premises at this time.”
