Toronto Cider Festival returns for two days this August
Toronto – The fourth annual Toronto Cider Festival returns to Sherbourne Common in downtown Toronto on Friday August 24 and Saturday August 25, 2018 spanning three sessions.
More than 20 Ontario craft cider producers will be on site among others samplings over 100 ciders.
“Toronto Cider Festival is founded on principles of community support; promoting local farmers, musical talents, local artists, and small businesses, all while remaining true to its values of sustainability and social responsibility,” explain organizers.
They add, “While growing as a business, the organization has equally grown as a contributor to the community, founding the Toronto Cider Festival Event Management Scholarship Foundation at George Brown College, developing a Student Internship program, and is an official member of the Ontario Craft Cider Association and Tourism Toronto encouraging responsible drinking and festival attendance.”
This year’s festival features county-theme entertainment and line dancing, a live art showdown, cover bands, a VIP food and cider pairing, flair bartending competition, bull riding, a photo booth, contests, a game zone, and more.
Tickets range from $35-75.
