TWB Co-operative Brewing to open in Kitchener this February

Kitchener – Together We’re Bitter Co-operative Brewing (TWB) today announced the opening date for their 1-300 Mill Street brewery in Kitchener is penned for Wednesday February 10, 2016.

Founded initially in 2013 with plans to open Summer 2015 as a brewpub, the co-operative model brewery is owned by its members who use its services or are employed there – currently a group of six.

Last February, TBW ran a successful Kickstarter crowdfuding campaign of $16,448 from 281 backers to fund a fermenter purchase.

The brewery’s beer lineup will consist of an IPA, witbier, Robust porter, APA, brown ale, and also craft sodas.
