Walkerville Brewery introduces Scotch Ale
Walkerville Brewery of Windsor, ON has announced the addition of a Scotch Ale to its lineup.
Boasting 6% ABV and 30 IBUs with notes of dark fruit, chocolate, biscuity malts and slight roast, Walkerville touts their new beer, “Rich and dark, this modern Scotch Ale is a true palate pleaser.”
A strain of English yeast and hops are used to create balance and fruitiness in this beer that Walkverville describes as being slightly lower in alcohol content that is characteristic of the style.
The Scotch Ale is available now at the brewery.
