Waller St. and Brasserie du Bas-Canada launch hybrid grisetteSHARE POST
Created at Waller St., the hybrid grisette measures at 4.7% with 20 IBU brewed with both French and Belgian yeast strains and European hops.
“Our interpretation of this Belgian saison style respects the light, refreshing purpose of this style of beer,” says Waller St. “Blonde and cloudy the grisette finishes off dry, perfect for the summer heat. The compliment of yeast and hops give French Connection pleasant spice notes and an herbal aroma.”
The French Connection will be available on draught and in 750ml bottles starting Sunday June 25, 2017 beginning at 3pm at Waller St. Brewing .
