Walsh Wiltshire Brewing launches first beer in Ottawa area
Ottawa – Walsh Wiltshire Brewing Co., a new Ottawa-based contract brewer, has introduced its first beer – Provincial Territory Series Ale Hybrid.
Founder Jeffrey Walsh explains, “With Canada celebrating its 150th birthday this year, Walsh Wiltshire wanted to create a signature craft beer with a taste and design that represents everything about Canada and its people: The Provincial Territory Series, or as we call it, the T-Series.”
The beer – which made its first appearance during a sampling a golf fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation – is currently being brewed by Forked River Brewing Co. in London.
Provincial Territory Series Ale Hybrid (5%) is now rolling out to bars and restaurants in the Ottawa area.
