Wellington Brewery announces major expansion
Guelph, ON – Wellington Brewery today announced an addition to its existing Woodlawn Rd. location that would include a new brewhouse and packaging line.
The 13,000 sq.-ft. expansion includes a new 40 hectolitre brewhouse and packaging that line that will double their current production capacity.
“This expansion is a major milestone for our brewery,” says Wellington Brewery General Manager Sarah Dawkins, “the changes we’re undertaking now will allow us to sustainably grow while maintaining our dedication to crafting award-winning beer.” The planned completion date of this expansion will coincide with the brewery’s 30th anniversary celebrations this fall.
Groundbreaking begins Friday, April 24, 2015.
