Wellington Brewery announces three October releases
Guelph – Wellington Brewery has previewed their three upcoming beer releases for the month of October, including:
Dinner Music – Brett Barrel Fermented Golden Ale (4.5%) – a golden ale fermented with a special brettanomyces yeast blend in a neutral oak barrel.
Available: Friday, October 12, 2018 in 750mL bottles at brewery & online
Ghost Cow – Milk Stout with Ghost Peppers and Cocoa (7.1%) – a milk stout with cocoa flavour and a spicy pepper blend including scotch bonnet, habanero, and ghost peppers.
Available: Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in 355ml bottles at the brewery and online
Hyperbole – Harvest IPA (6.1%) – a collaboration with Guelph Spoken Word for the 15th Annual Canadian Festival of Spoken Word – brewed with fruits and vegetables including pumpkin, rhubarb, grapefruit, and peaches.
