Wellington Brewery details three new December one-offs
Guelph, ON – Wellington Brewery today announced the release of three new beers in its Welly One-Off series, kicking off with Walk The Plank, an American-style wood-aged IPA.
Walk the Plank IPA, measuring at 6% ABV, boasts bold citrus, pine, and tropical fruit flavours and is aged on cedar planks. It launches Friday December 5, 2014 in 473mL cans for $3.50 each available through Wellington’s brewery retail store.
Following later in December, Wellington Brewery will release two more one-offs including a spiced farmhouse ale brewed with a wild yeast strain isolated to Guelph, and cap off 2014 with a wheat wine aged in cabernet franc wine barrels.
Both releases will also be available through Wellington’s retail store at dates to be announced.
