Wellington Brewery names three new one-offs for December

welly-one-offWellington Brewery of Guelph, ON today announced three new additions in its series of Welly One-Offs slated for release throughout December.

On Saturday, December 7, Wellington launches its Chocolate Milk Stout brewed with Peruvian cocoa powder, lactose, and flaked oats measuring in at 7.2% ABV available in 473mL cans.

On deck for Saturday, November 14 is a Cedar-Rye Pale Ale which blends rye malt with cedars chips and a Centennial hops finishing at 6% ABV in 473mL cans.

Rounding off December is Ginger Beer’d, a 5% ABV gingerbread ale, brewed in Collaboration with St. Jabobs, ON based Block Three Brewing, which employes ginger, lactose, roasted barley, Munich malt, and oats sold in 500mL bottles beginning Saturday, December 21.

All Welly One-Offs are available through its brewery retails store.
