Wellington and Royal City announce Wine Not? wine-barrel-aged Vienna lager
Guelph, ON – Wellington Brewery and Royal City Brewing Co. today announced the upcoming release of its collaborative barrel-aged Wine Not? Vienna-style Lager.
“After aging, this beer takes on bright grape aromas with a slightly tannic finish,” says Wellington Brewery.
Matured for one-month in cabernet franc wine barrels to 6% ABV, Wine Not? will be released in a limited run of 750mL bottles for $9.95 on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 2pm at both Wellington’s and Royal City’s retail stores.
