West Avenue Cider releases Big Mac

Hamilton – West Avenue Cider Co. has released its new Big Mac single-varietal cider based off the Mcintosh apple.

Fermented for several months to 5.8% with wild yeast, Big Mac is touted as being dry with a slight funkiness, boasting tropical fruit notes and crisp acidity from malic acid present in Mcintosh apples, according to cider maker, Chris Haworth.

It is available now at better beverage bars in Ontario.
