West Avenue releases Wild Oak barrel-aged cider
Hamilton – West Avenue Cider Co. today announced the release of its new Wild Oak cider produced with wild yeast in a limited batch of 600 bottles.
Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels with its wild yeast strain, Wild Oak was then followed by 6 months of bottle conditioning to reach 8.2% ABV.
It is available now in 750ml at bars and restaurants in Ontario stocking West Avenue cider.
