Ontario Wet Hop Beer Roundup

Ontario’s annual hop harvest runs from mid-August to late-September – freshly picked whole cone hops are typically used in the brewing process the same day. Drink fresh.

Did you know: The most commonly grown varieties of hops in Ontario include: Hallertauer, Cascade, Nugget, Chinook, Willamette, Fuggle, Mt. Hood, Sterling, and Centennial.
