Wild black barrel-aged cider in works by West Avenue
Hamilton – West Avenue Cider today gave insight into its upcoming Midnight in Bruxelles wild black cider, a collaboration with 2015 Because Beer Festival homebrewing contest cider winner Michael D’Ornellas.
A New England-style cider base produced with Belgian candi sugar to 10% ABV using wild yeast, Midnight in Bruxelles will be aged for 6 months in Cognac barrels before release.
