Yongehurst Distillery announces new Elderflower Gin
Toronto – Yonguehurst Distillery Co. today announced the upcoming release of its new, seasonal Elderflower Gin.
“We started by distilling a batch of traditional dry gin, which includes a myriad of fresh botanicals, including Angelica root we foraged right here in Toronto’s Rouge Valley. Inspired by homemade elderflower cordial, we then infused the gin with tons of hand-picked fresh elderflower, a hint of lemon zest and then sweetened it just a touch,” says the distillery.
It launches Saturday October 8, 2016 through the distillery’s retail store beginning at noon available in 375ml bottles.
Dwindling amounts of Yongehurst’s recently released Limoncello liqueur are also available through the distillery.
